RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Urban Fox Store, we're all about ensuring your shopping experience is as sleek and hassle-free as your wardrobe. Take a quick glance at our policy pointers below for a seamless journey:
Returns:
- We accept returns within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items must maintain their original condition, with tags intact and unworn.
- If your product doesn't quite fit your vibe, simply reach out to us with your order invoice
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt based on the mode of payments
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery(COD) orders are credited in the form of credit vouchers with a validity period. These vouchers can be used for future purchases, similar to coupons.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Exchanges, Just Fresh Orders:
- We don't do exchanges, but don't sweat!
- If you need a different size or colour, simply initiate a return and refund (refer to Returns & Refunds) and place a new order, and we'll handle the rest.
Cancellation:
- Change of mind? Don't worry. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- If you miss the 24-hour cancellation window, don't fret! You can still initiate a return and refund process following our standard policy.
Damaged Product? No Worries!
- If your order arrives damaged, don't panic! Snap a photo and send it our way within 12 hours via WhatsApp customer support.
- We'll sort it out faster than you can say "I Love Urban Fox".
Somethings can't be replaced:
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Urban Fox Gift Cards
- Personalized Items
Delayed Refunds? Check Your Bank!
- If your refund seems to be taking its sweet time, don't stress. Give your bank a quick check; they might be moving at their own pace.
- If the refund still hasn't shown up after verifying with your bank, reach out to us ASAP via WhatsApp customer support. We'll make sure to get things sorted!
